WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LIVE A MINDFUL LIFE?
There’s a very big difference between knowing information and embodying information. We know that some things aren’t good for us, yet we still do them. But what if that knowing this becomes a way of being and we consciously makes choices for ourselves, whether it be for health, business, parenting or simply being the person we want to be and living whatever we do to the fullest.
I believe that this is what Living a Mindful Life is.. having the awareness to make the right choices at the right time for ourselves and for those who we care about. It’s about living every moment, completely, deeply and pausing to take it in. It’s about looking after ourselves, and making the most of life and being aware of the difference between reaching our goals or enjoying the journey towards them. All of this can be learnt with will and commitment and THAT is the aim of what I do, my objective is to teach you just that..
Awareness = Choice = Freedom
